According to the Helios simultaneous release requirements, we must:

"... have an 'About' dialog icon with hover text that displays the provider name. Every plug-in and feature must specify a descriptive provider-name (for features), or Bundle-Vendor header (for plug-ins), as determined by the project's PMC (e.g. "Eclipse Modeling Project" rather than "Eclipse.org"). Also, Projects must contribute to the welcome page when appropriate."

I've emailed technology-pmc to request an exception.
