Description
Gregoire Dupe
The "Eclipse-SourceReference" attribute is used to import a project from a SCM corresponding to an installed bundle. I believe there is currently only support for CVS. For MoDisco (which is currently on SVN), we would need a plug-in that extends the org.eclipse.pde.core.bundleImporters extension point for SVN support. See http://wiki.eclipse.org/PDE/UI/SourceReferences. The page http://wiki.eclipse.org/PDE/UI/SourceReferences haven't been updated to give any details about SVN. I assume we will have to wait next year. =>P5 Since all Eclipse projects are moving to Git, I guess it will be supported in place of CVS for which support is being removed from Eclipse. So, I think we'll be able to solve this when we move to Git. |
