I create a new diagram (of any type).  A corresponding diagram editor window appears -- but the model explorer does not always show the new model -- until I make another change in the model. However, the problem only occurs occasionally, and, unfortunately, I cannot figure out which specific circumstances bring it about (it appear to occur at random for the moment).

It seems that something is missing an update.

Because until now, we did not reproduce the bug, I close it.
