Follow-up to bug 290034.

Explain the changes from that bug in /org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/porting/3.6/incompatibilities.html and mention the -DsuppressRawWhenUnchecked=true VM arg.

One observation during verification:

Do we have to include what is mentioned in the bug 290034,comment 16 to the new entry? If it's okay as is, I will move this to 'VERIFIED'.
