A requirement for the simultaneous release is that the project uses only public API and that deviations are documented via bugzilla entries. 
I will attach to this message the API usage report generated with the API tooling, and reference any opened API-related bugs.

API report: MAT 1.0 in Helios M7

This is the API report I generated using the API tooling.
- MAT state is 1.0 (what we'll put in RC1) 
- For the rest of the bundles I used M7

The report shows 3 deviations. I will create corresponding bugs for them
