Description:
getParameterDisplayText does not work on MasterPage in PDF

Build:
2.6.0.v20100517-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached report
2. Preview in webviewer and PDF

Actual result:
"France" does not show in PDF, but shows up in webviewer
