"HTTP 404 Not Found" for chart-viewer-sample deployed on WebSphere 6.1.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100517-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove org.apache.xml.serializer_*.jar from WEB-INF/lib.
2. Start the server and deploy chart-viewer-sample on WebSphere 6.1.
3. Run "http://host:port/chart-viwer-sample".

Expected result:
The sample page is shown.

Actual result:
HTTP 404 Not Found (see the screenshot).

Please investigate why birt runtime can work on this platform but chart can not.

Caused by do not have permission for directory access for url localhost:port/app. Fixed by specify the default page for chart runtime example.
