After updating my Eclipse using the SDK I-Build repo, most of my features are gone after restart, the exectubale is missing, eclipse.ini misses half of the options (only my customized lines are still there).

I've uploaded my p2 config dir here (sorry, too big for bugzilla). The profile before the current one used to work, after updating (sdk I build and new egit version), my install was broken.
