If there is more than one catalog available the first invocation of the marketplace client should show the selection of availabe catalogs (using the ui that is shown when a user clicks "switch Marketplace catalog"). Otherwise it is much harder for users to recognize the availability of multiple marketplaces.

David, how difficult is this to implement?  The first listing and the default should be Eclipse Marketplace but can we show the others on first invocation?

This is what we had working before, however as part of a UI review (see bug 304703 comment #9) we modified it so that the initial page would be the default page.

We can modify it so that the first time the wizard appears the user selects the catalog.  Subsequent displays of MPC would remember the selection and appear as it currently does, bypassing catalog selection.  It's relatively easy to do.

OK, lets make the change to show all the catalogs on invocation.
