Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an @category annotation to your Javascript code.
   for instance 
   @catagory setters

2. Save your Javascript file.

3. Select "Visible Categories..." from the "Outline View"'s menu all the way at the right of the outline view.

4. Note that nothing appears in the resulting "Visible JavaScript Categories" window.
