Provider in one plugin is Eclipse.org rather than Eclipse Modeling Project

The notation feature says : GMF Notation Model Support
The notation sdk feature says : Graphical Modeling Framework Notation SDK

They should all be consistent.

Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF) Developer Resources

Everywhere so we get no new strings post M6
