Start Eclipse
From the main menu bar click on Window --> Preferences
Expand Help --> Content
Click on the New button

Verify the panels below are correctly displayed

- Problem Description:
We found duplicate mnemonic keys, pls help to check, thanks!

Confirmed this is the same on English.
&Path and &Protocol both use the P.

Patch to change 'Protocol' mnemonic from 'P' to 'r'

This was a simple fix so I just created a patch to use 'r' instead of 'p'

It has not been fixed in build 20100516-0300-nl1 for CHS.

I checked in the fix on 2010-05-17 so it would not be in the 20100516-0300-nl1 build.
