The following toolbar actions should be disabled when there is no debug context:

- 'Jump to address' combo box  (including Go to Address action in view menu)
- Refresh button
- 'Show Source' button  (including its correspond action in view menu)

These actions are dependent on the debug context and their usage without a debug context results in unexpected behavior.

To reproduce, launch a DSF-GDB debug session.  Deselect everything in debug view.  Type an address in address combo box and press enter.
