Description Brian de Alwis CLA 2010-05-12 10:10:02 EDT
BuildId: e4 I20100511-0830
  * based on Eclipse Project SDK 3.6.0.v20100427-7Q7m-DPZ2bNKYdbqcIm8_Bjpz--2rfRvIl-X745OjgF-R
  * based on Eclipse Java Development Tools 3.6.0.v20100427-7z8XFSkFMTdeJGmeBTJvz-kn4502 (I assume this is certainly M7 if not later)

I use the Java Browsing Perspective. I've noticed in the past week or so that when selecting a Java editor, the Types view blanks. Selecting the Members view or the Packages view restores the Types view.

I forgot to clarify that I'm using e4 Compatibility Platform, which is essentially Eclipse Classic (the Eclipse 3.6 platform) + the e4 SDK. It's not using the e4-based 4.0 workbench.

Do you see the problem when using plain Eclipse 3.6 M7 SDK:

?

Markus, can you reproduce?
Comment 3 Markus Keller CLA 2010-05-12 10:44:09 EDT
I guess you've disabled 'Link with Editor' in the Types view. See the view menu (triangle on the top right) or press Command+L while the view is active (toggles this setting).

You're right Markus. Not sure how this happened! Sorry for the noise.
