I noticed this in the comparator log:

packed: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.core.filesystem.qnx.x86,1.0.0.v20080604-1400

I don't know where this comes from, but this bundle is bogus. We don't produce a QNX build of any kind that includes core.filesystem (there is only the SWT drop). Looking at the source of this bundle in CVS, I notice that we don't even have binaries for this fragment (it has a LibraryGoesHere.txt file where the native library should be). 

This bundle should just be removed from whatever feature is pulling it into the build.
