At Preferences - PHP - Code Style - Code Templates have duplicate entries for three code templates

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences page
2. Go to PHP->Code Style->Code Templates
3. Look at tree in Code 

Expected result:
To haven`t a duplicate entries

Actual result:
Have tree duplicate entries there with no differences at it - see attachment

Do you install other plugins except pdt and the required plugins for pdt?

I launch pdt from source code,and what I see is far away from your attachment:(

By the way,QS has changed something about the template,so I am not sure if this bug still exists:)

Re-tested in EclipsePdt-2.2.0.v20100517
The situation is worse.
A small part of Code templates only exist under Code node in Code templates preferences page.
See the new attachment.

The comment #6 is refer to the old templates which is wrong. The old templates mixed the code templates with editor templates.
There should be 2 different type of templates:
1. The code templates which is at PHP->Code Style->Code Templates
2. The editor templates which is at php-> editor -> templates.

Tested in PDT 3.0 - Verified.
Comment 12 was taken into consideration.
