patch to add the three features

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #312256 +++

I've somehow forgotten to update the JEE IDE feature file for 3 new features we have from WTP this year. 

I'll apply patch also, but its these three

      <import feature="org.eclipse.jst.ws.jaxws.feature" />
      <import feature="org.eclipse.jst.ws.cxf.feature" />
      <import feature="org.eclipse.jst.ws.jaxws.dom.feature" />

I've marked as blocker, since this prevents proper testing ... so, earlier the better.

Patch 168079 applied to HEAD.

thanks for applying ... I messed up, forgetting what repos used where ... and will fix 'staging' in a few hours so it contains the jaxws features, which are curently causing the epp build to fail for java ee ide.

This should be fixed now. Please confirm with latest in "nightly" EPP builds.
