Build Identifier: WTP 3.2

The calls to publishServer() and publishModules() do not set the monitor subtask text and as a result the subtask may state a different description than what is really happening for a small period of time.

Attached is a patch which corrects this issue.

This looks to be a dup of bug 308240... or bug 308240 is a dup of this one.  I guess it depends on whichever patch you want to take ;)
