As a result of the GMF Restructure, the generic gmf examples features need to be copied to the runtime and the runtime examples need to go into these features.

The changes are:

cp org.eclipse.gmf.examples/ org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime
cp org.eclipse.gmf.examples-feature/ org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime-feature/
cp org.eclipse.gmf.examples.pde-feature/ org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime.ui.pde-feature/
cp org.eclipse.gmf.examples.ui.pde/ org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime.ui.pde

The examples themselves are unchanged.
