- Create a Query (return type: EBoolean, scope EObject)
- Create a Facet (use the previous query as condition query, and EObject as supertype)
- change the name of the QuerySet without changing the file name, so that it has an error
- the Facet now has an error marker
- restart Eclipse
- fix the QuerySet name
- the error marker on the Facet doesn't disappear

Patch from 311684 fixed this bug too.
