If you select "togglevisibility" on series load event, line series will still dislpay on load. Bar, stock, other series types behave correctly. (We have SVG charts and wanted to hide some series on load for simplicity and let users toggle visibility through legend).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an SVG chart with a line and bar
2. Go to series interactivity and choose toggle visibility for load event of both series.
3. Run the report, bar will be invisible and line will display.

I can reproduce this issue in 2.5.2 and 2.6.0 release build.

But I can not reproduce this issue in latest 2.6.1 nightly build (2.6.1.v20100819-0630)

verified on build 2.6.1 v20100906-1603. Both series are hidden.
