After 3.3/Helios, the platform feature should be renamed to filetransfer for better alignment with the general feature cleanup work. Also we probably want to separate .core and .identity into a .base feature to allow other features to dependent on the basic ECF building blocks directly.

Obviously this needs coordination with Equinox, the platform.feature consumer.
