One aspect we need to test in SDO is the re-deploy scenario:

1.  Deploy App
2.  Test App
3.  Redeploy App (Un-deploy & Re-deploy)
4.  Test App

This is related to how we support global helper contexts in an application server environment.  This is app server dependent.
