Improve usability of SelectTemplateWizardPage:

1. Move functionality of SelectTemplateWizardPage into SelectDiagramKindPage.
Get rid of extra click during new Papyrus model creation.

2. Display available templates as a drop-down list
Now available templates are shown in a TableViewer. It is possible to choose several templates at once, but as a result only one will be imported. Displaying templates in drop-down list will save the space and will keep the functionality.

3. Get rid of 'Create new model' and 'Initialize from template' radio buttons.
It is clear, that if the user haven't selected any template then he wants to create a new model, and vice versa, if the user selected a template then he wants to import it. Using this radio button group adds additional click for the user.

I think the point 2. of Tatiana is not managed. 
Currently the template list is still a viewer and the user can select several templates. 

The user can be confused because only the last one is used
