1. Choosing kind of the diagram:
Replace the drop-down list of diagram kinds with a radio button group

2. Swap order of Diagram Name and Diagram Kind fields - Diagram Name field sh. be on the top of the page

3. Consistency in field naming. 
Now the fields are called "Diagram Name" and "Select diagram kind". 'Select diagram kind' - > 'Diagram Kind'


4. Add "New Papyrus Model" title to the wizard

5. Set more meaningful title and description to the page (say, "Initialization information" and "Select name and kind of the diagram")
