The following bundles had/have some problem with their properties (wrong keys used, usually) so that bundle name and bundle provider did not show up correctly. 

org.apache.commmons.codec.source 1.3
javax.mail.glassfish.source 1.4.1


These two do not show up right in repo, but due to another bug in p2 publisher. 
javax.xml.stream
javax.xml.bind

I fixed the two. 

I kept the "funny versioning" in the codec.source one that dj started ... though not sure why that was needed.

DJ, adding you just since I touched org.apache.commons.codec and appears there's some sensitivity about the qualifier versioning, so you can double check if I did it as expected.

I started using the new qualifier after having problems with copy/paste in the IDE. (bug 298960 comment 5)
