I had a bug in my tool. Here is the correct list:

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.discovery.feature.feature.group org.eclipse.equinox.server.core.feature.group org.eclipse.equinox.server.jetty.feature.group org.eclipse.equinox.server.servletbridge.feature.group org.eclipse.equinox.server.simple.feature.group

These look correct in HEAD and were tagged for M7 with the updated license.

This one does look incorrect in HEAD.
