The new web fragment wizard shows a little red rectangle where the icon should be. I guess the file is missing.

This bug addresses the issue of the wizard banner being absent for the web fragment wizard. A red box is shown in its place, which is visually unappealing.

No workarounds.

    * How has the fix been tested? Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record? Has a JUnit Test been added? 
Tested on windows to ensure that the new image shows up.
