Hi,

A conflict occurs while working on a querySet referenced by a faceSet.

Procedure to reproduce the bug : 

- Create a querySet. 
- Create a facetSet and load the querySet. (do not close the files)
- Add a query to the query set, save the querySet
- Add a facet to the facetSet, try to add the new query, which does not appears
- When you save the faceSet, the previously created query disappear

This happened because the editor saved all the referenced resources.
This patch fixes it by making sure that only the resource containing the QuerySet/FacetSet is saved.
