Updated TestJSPContentAssistComputers.zip

Both bug Bug 197954 and Bug 311954 need an update to org.eclipse.jst.jsp.ui.tests/projecttestfiles/TestJSPContentAssistComputers.zip and because there is no way to create a patch for a ZIP I am creating this one bug that contains an updated ZIP that will contain the new testing files needed for both dependent bugs.
