RTF reports are not displayed in the Test Navigator.

A consuming product generates Rich Text Format (RTF) reports and these reports are not displayed in the Test Navigator.

Requires a new test case.

A new test suite (/org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui.navigator.tests/manual/Test.UI.TestNavigator_bugzilla_312047.testsuite ) was added to the test bucket and http://wiki.eclipse.org/TPTP_Test_Tools_Project_Tests#Manual.

The attached patch and new test suite checked into CVS (HEAD).
