when the user sets the preverification properties to always use some specific preverifier version, the build fails with a error message similar to:

Errors occurred during the build.
Errors running builder 'Preverification Builder' on project 'teste'.
For input string: "CLDC"

The issue is on the way the preference is saved. currently it is saving the string CLDC instead of the version 1.1 or 1.0.

The issues seems easy to fix. other option is really to remove this option from the UI, since it doesn't seems to be very useful nowadays that most of the phones are 1.1 compliant. and the user would still be able to change that on the project JAD file.
