My old email address in the blog account is 'seva@zend.com', while I changed the Bugzilla address to 'seva.lapsha@gmail.com' several years ago.

When I'm trying to change the address to the new one at http://dev.eclipse.org/blogs/seva/wp-admin/options-general.php, it just doesn't change and nothing happens.

As a result, I cannot receive emails any more, since my old account has been deactivated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://dev.eclipse.org/blogs/seva/wp-admin/options-general.php
2. Attempt to change the email

Expected: email should be changed, confirmation email sent to the new email.

Actual: nothing happens

Since the Eclipse blogs service will be going away soon, this bug is moot.
