It seems the current version of the development process is:

It was approved on March 2010 and obsoletes all old versions. However, all links still seem to point to the old process:

http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/development_process.php

I suggest you replace the process at the old location with the new contents, so that people aren't seeing the stale development process. Or at least, put a large message at the top of the old process document to say that it is obsolete and point to the new one.

The new version hasn't taken effect yet. I'm still waiting on board approval (despite what the document states in section 8.1)
