MAT moved from technology to tools. The project lead correctly copied all the data from the simultaneous release tracker of technology.mat to tools.mat, leaving the technology.mat still visible on the list here: http://eclipse.org/helios/planning/SimultaneousReleaseGrid.php?showallprojects=true . We need to remove technology.mat.

AFAICT, there is only one MAT in the tracker [1] now. Marking as FIXED.
