There are 27 switch statement fall-through warnings that should be looked at to make sure they are expected, and if so, the //$FALL-THROUGH$ tag should be added.

I fixed 10 of the obvious ones.

There is an old catch-all defect for warning messages that I've been slowly going through over the last year - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=233599
