Each component of Virgo fetches artifacts into component relative directory.  It would be nice to have a common location for all artifacts.

One issue that I see with that - integration tests.  Those specify list of start up artifacts to the relative directory in ivy cache.  During the build it would be easy to filter the location - but in IDE that becomes a bit more difficult.

For example:

launcher.bundles =\
 file:../ivy-cache/repository/

etc...
