Inactive overlay for excluded source files none

Description Alex Freidin CLA 2010-05-06 09:08:05 EDT
Build Identifier: I20090611-1540

The icon of excluded (from build) source/header file is only marginally different from non-excluded file. It would be easier to distinguish if explicitly marked.
I added an overlay cross line marker, used in the Outline view to mark inactive elements. This makes the excluded files more distinguished. I'm OK with other proposals, it's just this one was simplest and aligned with Outline view concept of inactive elements.
I'll post a patch shortly.

Reproducible: Always

Please, use bug 297557 for that.
