heap.err generated instead of heap.out under foreign JVMs [bug:311160]; this results in two tests failing:

dumpDirectoryConfiguration(org.eclipse.virgo.medic.dump.test.DumpIntegrationTests):	FAILED
logDumpEnabled(org.eclipse.virgo.medic.dump.test.DumpIntegrationTests):	FAILED

Solution to extend testcase checks to account for heap.err.
