One objective with the b3.aggregator backward compatiblity layer is to be able to generate the Helios repository from the existing Amalgamation build model. We also want to be able to generate Maven output for Helios and that flag requires the new build model. As a temporary solution, we must have a command line option that controls this.

The documentation has not been updated yet. But I can do it (not that much work).
