Right now, pdebuild.sh (a simple wrapper around PDE Build) relies on the dropins reconciler to find dependencies that we shove into the "installation" during a build.  It would be better to use the p2 director.

Chris, Please take a look whether this makes sense now a days. It's about -d option copying directories from the system dropins to the build sdk dropins, probably we can do that by using the director.
