When a uiCustom file is changed or deleted from outside the editor, the uiCustom editor stays open on the old version of the file. 

When the file is deleted, the editor should close automatically.
And when the file is modified, the user should be notified, and asked whether to replace the editor's contents with those from the file on disk.

Hi,

To many changes (including UI modifications), this bug will then be handle for 0.9.

This patch handles resource changes and deletions. It doesn't change the UI (apart from a yes/no prompt to discard changes), so it can be integrated for RC1.
