This is concerning the New->File/Folder wizards when dealing with linked 
resources:

In "Advanced", when you specify you want to link to a file, selecting a file 
(via browse or typing in the path) does not prime the filename field with the 
same name.  It would be nice if it did since you likely want to use the same 
filename.

A curious side effect to the way it works now is that you can specify a file 
with an extension that is different than what the real file has, getting a 
different editor.

So "foo.java" can become "foo.html".  Not sure this is a feature :)
