The "Getting Started" help is available for Remote Systems but no detail information regarding different views of RSE are available. e.g.

Remote Monitor.
Remote System Details view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open eclipse
2. Go to Window > Show view > Others > Remote Systems. 
3. Open views one by one.
4. try to find views help by clicking on Help > Help Contents.

Notice no help is available for these views.
