Any exception that occurs during upload is swallowed by the widget/service handler. Clients have no chance to handle these errors.

Fixed in CVS-Head.
New Listener type UploadListener#uploadException() is called on exceptions.
Semantics of UploadListener#uploadFinished() have changed: This listener is now only called, if there was no error during upload.
