From newsgroup:
Not sure whether this has been asked before. We have many files which haven't initially got svn:eol-style=native and they have their line-endings changed all over number of times which makes the blame/annotate command show inaccurate results. To workaround this issue, with the command-line client one can issue:

svn blame -x --ignore-eol-style TARGET

Showing the annotation in Eclipse is more convenient while developing in Eclipse so is there a way to achieve the same with the Subversive plug-in? If not currently, would it be possible to add this (and possibly the -x -b) option to the Show Annotation dialog?

I would love to have the option to ignore whitespace. We have a lot of strange indentation and trailing spaces in our project that I would like to remove.

This function would be hugely appreciated. Also add -x --ignore-all-space if possible.

I'm having the same problem, please advise
