This is a Radar charts only issue. Now the scale lines will not be toggled together with series. Verified in daily build 20100714 |

New a radar chart. 2. Add interactivity,toggle visibility, to value series or legend. 3. Preview and invoke interactivity. Actual result: Toggle visibility will toggle the whole chart visibility, including the scale lines.
