Yes, that is/was the EPP M6 build just before EclipseCon and all packages (including the Eclipse SDK) started with the EclipseCon splash. It will go away with M7 but I'll leave the bug open until then.

Checked in the RCP/RAP M7 package and it shows up with the expected splash screen. ;-)
