Will change from 
Select &All
to
&Select All

in all (install, uninstall, update) wizards.  

(Not doing it yet because I've got other outstanding patches in the wizards awaiting review.)

Changes mnemonic from Select &All to &Select All.
Verified that (surprisingly!) there are no conflicts with S in any of the provisioning wizards.
