In High Contrast:
We have a wizard that extends org.eclipse.jface.wizard.Wizard this wizard when the first page is displayed the Prev/Next/ finish buttons are pushed off the screen when this happens and you tab to the buttons they do not become visible.

I generally have a quickstart bar fixed in Windows with two rows, when this is fixed this page drops below the bar so that the buttons are not visible. They do not come into focus when tabbed to.

If I 'autohide' my quickstart bar the buttons are fine where they are, and I notice that if I change the properties of the bar while the wizard has the page displayed the page resizes accordingly. Also if I just hide and unhide the bar the window resizes.

you can reproduce this using the JAVA EE Utility Project which has the same issue. This is a problem for accessablity.

I see this problem in High Contrast with Windows XP
resolution of 1280 x 1024
lowering resolution to 800 x 600 amplifies the problem so that less of the dialogue is visible.

Reproducible: Always
